Shipping Policy

 

*All in stock orders will ship every Wednesday. In an effort to streamline our orders, and give our customers a more guaranteed shipping date.*

 

 

 

*If an order is not immediately available, but will be coming from our local supplier, it will ship to you within a week. We will be in touch with you if that is your order situation.*

*All bulk orders(5vial and 10vial kits) are ordered as needed from our supplier. Due to the US cracking down on small businesses like ours; we can no longer keep bulk on hand, or we can be charged with trafficking. Please give 2 weeks minimum to receive bulk orders.*

*All Korean items are ordered from Korea per customer order. This is Sue to the amount of orders we receive. It takes 3 days from Korea to our store, From that day we will send the order to you. Please give at least 5-7 days to receive. If it is longer, we will reach out and let you know of the issue.*
