All bulk orders(5vial and 10vial kits) are ordered as needed from our supplier. Due to the US cracking down on small businesses like ours; we can no longer keep bulk on hand, or we can be charged with trafficking. Please give 2 weeks minimum to receive bulk orders.

Due to the nature of our products, we can not take returns or exchanges. If your order is lost or damaged in shipping, we will honor a refund or a reship once the lost mail has been confirmed as lost from the post office, or if received damaged you must send pictures of the damaged item, and all of the packaging.
